Goal: To export the articles and users from CommonSpot and the older archives (Microsoft CMS) to WordPress.
Development-wise, IDD will be responsible for:
- Exporting articles and users
- Massaging users to standardize information
- Importing articles and users into WordPress (ensuring categories, users, images, articles are correct)
- Creating CommonSpot elements to present WordPress news site content
Beyond coding requirements, IDD will manage:
- Site launch on new managed host
- Documenting processes and training Users
Styling and further editing will be done by the customer.
