"They" (MeteoSchweiz most likely) silently replaced the OpenData data set with a new one. Behind the scenes the old URLs used by this service still work(ed) but the landing page on opendata.swiss returned 404. That's how one could have noticed.

Great: new set contains data for 159 stations instead of 113.
Terrible: doing this in a cloak-and-dagger operation.
