Changes from last official release:

• Compiled with latest foobar2000 SDK compatible with 1.6.x and later. 64bit is supported if using 2.0 or later.
• Add support for reading and writing embedded album art.
• Code has been modernised so it can be toggled on/off at File>Preferences>Playback>Decoding.
