Solarized theme for git bash/mintty

Installation

0. Obviously windows only
1. Either copy the files in the themes directory manually into ~/.mintty/themes or run ./setup.sh which will copy the files for you
2. Right-click in your mintty terminal and use the options menu to select either solarized_dark or solarized_light as the theme
