This repo contains the source for https://loganmarchione.com, built via Hugo.

This repo also builds https://loganmarchione.github.io and https://loganmarchione.dev on every PR and update to every PR.

Usage

Pre-reqs

# get a copy of the code
git clone https://github.com/loganmarchione/loganmarchione.com.git
cd loganmarchione.com

Vagrant or Docker (choose one)

Vagrant

vagrant up
vagrant ssh

# update hugo modules (optional)
go mod tidy
hugo mod get

# run
hugo server -DEF --bind=0.0.0.0 --ignoreCache --disableFastRender --poll 700ms --logLevel info

Docker

# build the Dockerfile
docker compose -f docker-compose-dev.yml up -d

# view logs
docker compose -f docker-compose-dev.yml logs -f

# destroy when done
docker compose -f docker-compose-dev.yml down

add, commit, push to kick off GitHub Actions

git add .
git commit -m "Update some stuff"
git push
