This repository contains the contracts to alow DAOs and partners to establish strategic partnerships. Strategic partnerships allow DAOs to deposit their native token, an allowed list of partners to provide an exchange token, DAOs to withdraw the exchange token (and unfunded native tokens), and the partners to withdraw the deposit token according to a vesting schedule specified by the contract.
