mssqldatabase integration tests. The mssql test suite was commented out because of an upstream bug in the extension (see the discussion here). A hotfix was released on that front so we can bring the tests back.Thanks @SakiTakamachi for the heads up.
I recreated this PR (previously #48343) to rerun the tests.
