Update to golang.org/x/tools v0.1.10, allows use of Go 1.18 #20

I ran into problems using this analyzer with Go 1.18, for example, I got errors like this when analyzing a codebase:

paralleltest: internal error: package "..." without types was imported from "github.com/... [github.com/...]"

Updating the golang.org/x/tools dependency fixes the problem.


          update to golang.org/x/tools v0.1.10, allows use of Go 1.18
