What this PR does / why we need it:
Updates exporter-toolkit to its latest version. Usage of it changed a bit.
I ignored the systemd socket activation feature, as probably most users will run ksm in k8s.
How does this change affect the cardinality of KSM: (increases, decreases or does not change cardinality)
