📖 Add sample workflows

This adds sample actions workflows for the verifier (moved from README)
and golangci-lint, adapted from the ones in KB and CR, plus
instructions.

note the addition of sychronize to the verifier (force pushes change the PR head, so we need to apply to the new commit)

This PR is a bit ouf of date due to:

• ⚠️ Define specific behavior for each PR action including synchronize #12 already includes synchronize in .github/workflows/main.yml
• 🌱 GH Actions kubebuilder#1818 improves how linting is done by avoiding to do it twice for pushes and pull-requests when the pull-request is from the same repo.
• 📖 Update README for v0.2.0 #14 prepared the example in the README file for v0.2.0

However, the idea of having an example directory with common workflows SGTM.
