  1. avoid panic at runtime

i have more projects that need the recent changes, i don't want to keep my private fork.

  • Merged.
  • Updated provider go.mods to v2.
  • Pushed v2 tags for providers

You can get v2 with go get -u github.com/knadh/koanf/vault/v2
