エラーが見当違いに見えたので調べたところ、require-atomic-updatesルールがeslint:recommendedに入ったものの不具合があるらしいです。バージョンによってエラーを吐いたり吐かなかったりしているのだと見受けられます。無効にするのが妥当でしょうか……
