Update URLs that have been moved

I appreciate the URL changes, but I don't think it's good that you've changed the grammar and style to suit your voice instead of mine. (The extra "that" in "To write such a test that, simply" is indeed an error, though.)

If you could revert such changes I'd accept this PR. Also, the package-lock.json change is not helpful. (Presumably you are using a different npm version than I.)
