Post submission Experiments

The code is mostly stable at this point. It includes some minor usability improvements and was tweaked for use with a second cohort. The results produced from this release haven't been as thoroughly tested so some additional work and checking maybe needed if you are interested in using part of it.

Paper Submission

This code was used in the analysis for our pending paper submission to AMIA CRI 2015 and for our course BMI212. Due to an accidental commit including sensitive information, we had to reset the contribution history. All authors contributed to the submission as described in the project readme.
