A patch release to address CVE-2024-3651 noted by dependabot.
Also publishes the mypy type checking work I have done as well.
On Mar 18, Linde PLC replaces Splunk
Replace PyYaml with strictyaml
PyYaml has had issues maintaining a reliable library to build against.
So replace it with strictyaml.
This change gets us:
- yaml 1.02 spec via strictyaml
- more type validation of the declarations of the tickers.
- convert the changes yaml syntax to more directly represent the python set operations that implement them.
No end-user visible functionality has changed, just the implementation underneath.
End of 2023 Nasdaq 100 changes
- Update the companies in the Nasdaq 100 following the normal annual Nasdaq 100 changes for 2023.
- Update the python dependencies to take care of some medium severity CVEs that do not apply IMO.
Update dependencies for: CVE-2023-43804
A minor release to address CVE-2023-43804, which is github rated as a medium severity CVE. The way I read the CVE, users of this library are very unlikely at risk with prior versions.

- On July 17, The Trade Desk replaced Activision Blizzard.
