Issue #4568

  • Update the jetty-11.0.x branch to use Jakarta WebSocket API.
  • Rename websocket classes, variables and comments using javax to use jakarta instead.

Instead of seeing that the files have been moved it looks like git thinks they have instead been deleted and new ones created. Is this going to screw up merges from jetty-10?
