Integrated latest minor changes from upstream which adds minor fixes.

carddav2fb v1.10

This is another release of the carddav2fb script. The build repository has been changed from git-submodule use to git-subtree usage due to easier checkout of all sources in one run. In addition some more debug output had been added accordingly.

carddav2fb Version 1.9 Release

This is another release of the carddav2fb script featuring a complete update of its dependent library and classes for which all forked functionality had been merged into and thus should represent the latest working state.

This is the first official release of the carddav2fb php script for conversion and upload of CardDAV-based VCards to a FRITZ!Box device featuring:

• Allows to import CardDAV contacts (e.g. from 'owncloud') to an AVM FritzBox
• Automatic extraction and upload of phonebook images.
• No modification of the FRITZ!Box firmware (aka FritzOS) required
• Multiple CardDAV accounts and "folders" can be specified
