Drop Rob's email address in project config. #1699

We should remove Rob's email address. This gets listed on PyPI and could lead to people sending emails requesting help.

His email address is still mentioned in the README. That may be fine though?

I think the README is fine since it specifically highlights that he was the original creator back in 2008 and is maintained by others now.

I'm beyond grateful to everyone that has been involved in maintaining this project. It has been great to see how it has continued to improve and keep up with new Django releases. 🙏
