Sometime we as the project maintainers get private emails to help out with specific JaCoCo/EclEmma issues. Here is a template to answer such request:

JaCoCo is free software. Free as free beer and free as freedom of information.

1. Free beer: JaCoCo is provided for free by a small group of volunteers with very limited resources. Unfortunately we can't provide free support for individuals.
2. Freedom of information: We want to make sure that all discussions and insights about JaCoCo are available to the public. Therefore please rely on our public user forum and bug tracker for all communications about the project.
