Rust + Rocket frontend for Coding Fighters online game

Code coverage : (Following ticket would allow to implement automated tests : yew#196. Yew has still no major version, so it's not implemented yet)

Purpose

The purpose of this project is to provide :

• A frontend developed with Rust + Yew to implement an online game for developers
• An automated publication of the service within a Docker image pushed here
• Au automated deployment of the service using Docker Swarm as an orchestrator
