Update workflow files

We have a few easy steps to push new changes.

1. Open a Pull Request to this repository with changes.
2. Review Cycle and Merge
3. Create a release named YYYY-mm-dd (e.g. 2021-06-27)

This repository does not use semantic-versioning.
