v1.1.0: Skip hooks

This release adds the possibility to skip running Git hooks. Might be useful if
e.g. your pre-push hook includes running tests but your CI job already does
that.

v1.0.0: Does what it says on the tin

This is the initial, working, maximally simplistic version.
