Updates the docs in core to match changes to bemeatlsmith in version 5.3. The biggest change is
[!bwc tile]being replaced with[!iui tile], to match the bwc components being replaced with iTwin UI components. Also changes the alert kind in the ECSQL tutorial to match the kind naming in iTwinUI. Also updates the pipeline script for testing the docs to use bemetalsmith version 5.3.X. Related to this PR.
