Align CI task with i18next repo

Aligned CI workflow with i18next repository (i18next/i18next#2142)

After running format script I noticed that there was a deprecation warning on prettier:

jsxBracketSameLine is deprecated.

so I changed the prettier config inside example/react_native_window to be aligned with the one in repo root folder
