I'm holding off on this one because we encountered an issue recently which required us to pin mocha to an older version: a851440 We should check whether this update resolves that issue or not. |

The issue with mocha v7.0.x and karma-mocha looks to be resolved in mochajs/mocha#4251 and isn't affected by this PR. |
