This is a library of utilities used by the CCF for managing data on Redcap and Box.
Create and activate a virtual environment. Then run:
pip install git+https://github.com/humanconnectome/ccf_libs --upgrade
To use this library you will need a config.yml in your main directory (the directory from which you launch jupyter-notebook).
