Generate test data, create initial changes

Description

This PR aims to solve issue #1024. Aims to solve the following scenario. In cases where the Github URL contains /api/v3, getPath() assembles the URL incorrectly and duplicates /api/v3, causing a FileNotFoundException in 3 places in GHProjectCard.java: getProject(), getColumn(), and getContent(). To solve this issue, the PR removes this portion of the URL, so that it is assembled correctly.

• Run mvn -D enable-ci clean install site locally. If this command doesn't succeed, your change will not pass CI.
