- Upgrades mediawiki-codesniffer and slevomat/coding-standard
- Re-adds UnusedUses sniff to HostnetExperimental (autofixer disabled). Disabled the autofixer until [AnnotationReader] Traits Composed from Traits doctrine/annotations#81 is fixed.
