Analysis of Methylprednisolone Pulse Therapy impact on COVID-19 ICU patients at Thu Duc City Hospital, Vietnam

Brief introduction

This repository holds all related analysis of the results provided in the paper "High dose methylprednisolone pulse therapy as a treatment for severe COVID-19 patients: results from a prospective observational study" by Nghia Thinh Bui et al. (2021).

Structure

The repository has one single master branch with the following files:

• README.md: Introduction file.
• newPS.csv: Information at the individual level of all 147 patients whose data is included in this research.
• dataanalysis-PT-ICUpatients.Rmd: The RMarkdown file that contains all the code used for the analysis of the daatset above.
• dataanalysis-PT-ICUpatients.pdf: The PDF file generated from RMarkdown, containing all results generated from the code chunk. The file is compiled using MacTeX.
