This should ultimately be fixed upstream, but until there's movement on mgeisler/textwrap#490 is there appetite for a workaround?
Expands tabs to spaces, reflows, then swaps spaces back to tabs.
This is my first contribution so please do let me know if I've put anything in the wrong place / missed more appropriate APIs etc! 馃檹
