This updates Handlbars > 4.1 to mitigate a possible RCE vulnerability. See handlebars-lang/handlebars.js#1495 for details. There's currently nowhere in the Vault UI that takes Handlebars templates as input so we shouldn't be exposed to this, but we're updating nonetheless.
