This PR supplements #1483.
It resolves two issues around documentation:
config/. Thus, documentation (api-docs) did not reflect the latest changes;config/did not contain a reference tografana.integreatly.org_grafanacontactpoints.yaml, thus it was not included in documentation.NOTE: PR is split into 3 commits to distinguish "human-made" changes from autogenerated files.
