Feature Backlog

The following is a digest of large features and enhancements requested through this repo's issue tracker. If a feature request is here, then the Google team maintaining this repo does not expect to implement it within 120 days from its creation date, or perhaps we aren't sure that it should be done, or we don't see how to do it.
