LastActiveMetric represents the last time a GRR client was active (last time it pinged the server). In this commit there are no exhaustive tests; it was only added to the list of metrics to be retrieved on the '/search' API endpoint.

Added another metric type to the Grafana Source Server (initially presented in #832).
The code is not neat, which is mainly due to the fact it uses the legacy graphs' database and its API. This will need to be changed once we get rid of this database.
