Add check for presence of realpath to CMakeLists.txt to support more platforms

This just adds a check for realpath, and enables the existing FLATBUFFERS_NO_ABSOLUTE_PATH_RESOLUTION flag if it's missing.

For reference, this only affects the function AbsolutePath in src/util.cpp
