Moves all of the swift test code into tests/swift #7509

According to our discussions, I'm moving all the swift code under a directory called swift in the tests folder

What does this PR contains:

  • Updates all paths to generate proper code for swift
  • Renames Directories from flatbuffers.tests.swift -> swift/tests
  • Moves all swift tests code into tests/swift

PS: Not sure if I missed something
