Resolves #296

  • Replacing Next.js 12 with Next.js 13
  • Upgrading Goldstack homepage and Documentation applications to use Next.js 13
  • Updating template description to reference Next.js 13
  • Patching vulnerability in JSON5 flagged by NPM audit. GHSA-9c47-m6qq-7p4h (needed manual resolution upgrade since patching Jest to the latest version did not seem sufficient)
  • Upgrading Next.js and Next.js + Bootstrap templates to use the Node.js 18 runtime environment for the routing edge Lambda.
