This PR provides a number of test cases demonstrating failures to encode/decode snippets. They are odd-edge cases discovered parsing Grafana dashboard JSON as a part of Grizzly and mentioned in #417.
I need a YAML parser that can handle these cases - let me know your thoughts on how we might move this forwards. I'm happy to put my own time into coming up with patches/PRs if that's likely to be accepted.
