用來編譯 Telegram Bot Framework 為靜態的可執行檔，以上傳到 Releases。
使用方法：python3 builder.py (go 檔案存放之目錄) (編譯檔存放目錄)
其實不難看出來這並不是為一般使用者寫的…… Orz
- Python 3.5 以上 (建議 3.7 以上)
