feature: implement request auto binder utility

AutoBinder utility is a wrapper for the gin.HandlerFunc, designed to bind the incoming request to the request object. It depends on ctx.ShouldBind method to bind the request.

Example:

type MyRequest struct {
   Field1 string `json:"field_1" form:"field_1"` 
   Field2 int    `json:"field_2" form:"field_2"` 
}

func MyHandler(ctx *gin.Context, req *MyRequest) {
}

// OR
func MyHandler(ctx *gin.Context, req MyRequest) {
}

// OR
func MyHandler(req *MyRequest) {
}

// Registering the handler

func bindingErrorHandler(ctx *gin.Context, err error) {

}

router.GET("/endpoint", gin.AutoBinder(MyHandler, bindingErrorHandler))

Note: The bindingErrorHandler is optional for the AutoBinder
