Super hacky tool to get a list of Dart repos.
To use:
go get
go build
DARTHUB_TOKEN=<PERSONAL TOKEN> ./darthub <user>
The <user> parameter is a GitHub user name that you
wish to query for Dart repos.
The token you use will need all the "repo" permissions.
