When setting console=False in gaphor.spec, launching the launch-gaphor.exe by double clicking on it results in Program fails at 'pyiboot01_bootstrap' issue at pyinstaller/pyinstaller#4213. This prevents launching gaphor in windows without a command prompt popping up.

Windows packages of the app show the console

Expected behavior

No console is displayed
