Description, Including Motivation and Context
I opened a couple PRs in this repo and forem to rename references to
rtxtomisesince the tool was renamed, see: #127.However, I missed some the first time around. For shame 馃敂 ! This PR finishes up the rest of
rtx-->miserenaming.
