Falcon 4.0 drops Python 3.5 & 3.6, adds 3.11 & 3.12 support, and removes items that have already been deprecated before.
Planned features include type annotations, improved media type negotiation, and initial instrumentation support prototype, although some work might get rescheduled to 4.x or 5.x in favour of a timely release.
