Describe the bug

Placeholdit image urls are broken. The domain now redirects to https://placeholder.com/ but the https urls are invalid due to the ssl certificate.

To Reproduce

Generate a placeholdit image url and attempt to apply as an img tag.

Expected behavior

Expect a placeholder image to load; instead, get an error in the network console.
