Metro fully supports pnpm, but aspects of the React Native android and iOS builds don't yet - we're working on that.

Is there a particular issue you're seeing?

I'm able to setup a minimal expo project setup with pnpm
There are some quirks that need to be taken care of, documented in the readme
lokshunhung/pnpm-workspace-react-native-monorepo
