Polar is a website generator based on the Sphinx Python Documentation Generator. It endeavors to leverage the Sphinx documentation system in concert with specialized extensions to make a website generation system.
Initial theme uses Bootstrap and is based on sphinx-bootstrap and many other various pieces of code from around the Internet.
