- download ImageJ Fiji here: https://imagej.net/Fiji
- download morphometry package here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2c8fsoxea8a0cpi/Cell_Counter_Morph-3.1.0.jar?dl=0
- install ImageJ Fiji
- copy Cell_Counter_Morph-3.1.0.jar in imagej-fiji-dir/plugins directory
- run ImageJ Fiji
- open image
- run Grid (Morphometry) plugin
- run Cell Counter (Morphometry) plugin
- try to use drag'n'drop, when you mark
- background automatically counted in results
- delete mode works independently from counter types
