Alpha & pre-release (although stable enough)

• CLI API will likely see minor changes (regarding --base and such)
• Some edoc-XML components are still not transpiled correctly or at all
• Devise a way to have little to no OTP-specific code
• But more than the bases are here & will be at least until v1.
