Summary

Bump peter-evans/create-pull-request as a transitive action from v5 to v6. We're pointing to a release candidate as of creating this Pull Request because v6 has not yet been released officially (hence the draft state as well). This was released on Jan 31, see https://github.com/peter-evans/create-pull-request/releases/tag/v6.0.0.

This is a major version bump primarily because of the upgrade of the runtime from Node.js v16 to Node.js v20. Since this Action already uses the Node.js v20 runtime this does not result in a (pre-v1) major version bump.
